Our payment system:

We require small deposit at the time of the booking and you are welcome to make full advance payment.

Advance Deposit is currently £20 for all treatments and half of the value of your Massage & Dinner package.

Our cancellation policy:

We kindly ask that you give us minimum 48 hours advance notice to cancel any treatment and minimum 72 hours to cancel Massage & Dinner appointment and we will refund you in full (including deposit payments).

50 % refund will be offered if you have paid in full in advance with minimum 24 hours notice.
We regret that no refund can be given for any cancellations made within 24 hours.

Hotels may occur an additional charge, please call or email us with the name of your hotel.

Congestion charge and parking:

We kindly ask you to pay the congestion charge in cash directly to your therapist and any contribution towards parking fee would be very much appreciated. (Please note if you are having a treatment that requires the therapist to bring a massage couch with them, there should be parking available directly outside your home).

Privacy statement:

All customer details will be held as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party. Our policy is to treat each and every customer with the utmost respect, privacy and professionalism.

Liability:

Our therapists are all trained and qualified to high standards, obtaining recognized qualifications in the beauty or massage therapy industry. Copies of certificates for individual therapist can be obtained if requested. They are each insured and fully covered with Liability Insurance for your total peace of mind.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Our therapists uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services and further actions may be taken.
